So I suppose this particular thread will serve a double purpose, thus the bam/sticky. First, I'll tell you what you ought to do in this forum.

Well, just tell us about yourself. Obviously, we don't want to give serious info away, seeing as we barely know each other and we're on the freaking internet. Tell us what you plan to do around here, and how you work best. This way, we know what to do so as not to piss you off and cause you to leave. Believe me, we have a bit of experience with that...

Anyway, I'm Renown0, the admin for this place. By way of the game, I'm sort of a jack of all trades. As long as those trades don't include animation, programming, and really GOOD art.

At this particular moment, I'm here mainly to make sure what we come up with is possible, and that it will work. I've done EXTENSIVE research on what makes a game successful and what will kill it off. I also have experience with two games that did, in fact, fail. I have learned my lesson... Of course, my research took place after those two failed.

I'm pretty neutral on ideas you bring in. I WILL take EVERYTHING into careful consideration. My policy: Any ideas you have have the possibility of becoming something people love.

Other than that, I'm kind of a Fantasy person. I love Sci-Fi, too, but Fantasy just has a special place in my heart.
